Managing notifications

Your notification preferences let you choose which emails you receive about activity on your account.

Steps

  1. Go to Account.
  2. Scroll to Notifications.
  3. Toggle each category on or off:
    • Invoices — when a new invoice is issued.
    • Payments — confirmation when a payment succeeds or fails.
    • Subscription updates — renewals, cancellations, payment-method issues.
    • Support replies — when our team replies to a ticket.
  4. Click Save preferences.

Critical alerts — like a failed payment that's about to suspend service — are always sent regardless of your preferences. They're a small set and we keep them noise-free.
