Pausing a subscription

If your team has enabled it, you can pause a subscription instead of cancelling. A paused subscription stops billing until you resume it.

Steps

  1. Go to Subscriptions.
  2. Click the subscription.
  3. Click Pause.
  4. Choose how long to pause (typically 1, 3, or 6 months) or select Resume manually.

While paused, you keep your subscription's settings and history, but won't be charged. You can resume any time before the auto-resume date.

If you don't see a Pause button, your team hasn't enabled this option for your subscription. Cancellation is still available.
