Attaching files to tickets

You can attach files to a new ticket or a reply.

Steps

  1. In the new-ticket form or the reply box, click the Attach button.
  2. Choose one or more files from your device.
  3. Wait for upload to finish — you'll see each file's name once it's ready.
  4. Send the ticket or reply.

Limits

Each file is limited to 25 MB. Most common file types are supported: images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), PDFs, Office documents, ZIP archives, and plain-text logs.
